Bookworm for Tag Tuesday

My first creation for the new and improved Tag Tuesday ðŸ˜€ Well that's a lie for a start!! I made this some time ago I was going to make it into a greetings card but as with all my good intentions that didn't happen. 😧 I think that  it just about fits the brief.
I actually own the Nursery rhyme book and it appears in a few digital images.
